By downloading, installing or using Timel Player (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), these Terms & Conditions automatically apply to you. Please read these terms carefully before you use the App.

You are not allowed to copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, attempt to extract source code of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You shall not translate the App or create derivative works based upon the App. The App, trademarks, copyrights, database rights and all other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of DIKY MASTER.

DIKY MASTER is committed to making the App as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to release updates, adjust features of the App at any time for any reasonable reason. We will never charge you for the App or its built-in functions without clear prior notice specifying payment items.

Timel Player is a fully-offline application. All user-generated content and media references are processed and stored locally only on your device; no user personal data will be sent to remote servers. This App does not integrate or rely on any third-party SDK or third-party service components. No third-party service terms are applicable to the operation of this App.

It is your responsibility to keep your mobile device and access to the App secure. We recommend you do not jailbreak or root your device. Removing official operating-system restrictions may expose your device to malware, viruses and security risks, and may also cause the App to malfunction or fail to run entirely.

Since Timel Player works entirely offline on your local device, it does not require an internet connection for core functions. Mobile network / Wi-Fi connectivity is not mandatory for normal use of major features.

You acknowledge and agree that DIKY MASTER shall not be responsible for data loss arising from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: device hardware damage, system reset, manual deletion of local files outside the App, battery exhaustion, or uninstallation of the App. All records you create within the App are saved locally on your hardware, and you shall perform regular manual backup of your important content by yourself.

We strive to keep functions of the App stable; however, we do not warrant that the App will operate without interruption or zero-error under all device environments. DIKY MASTER accepts no liability for any direct or indirect losses incurred by you resulting from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable local law.

We may release App updates from time to time. System requirements for the App may change over time. To continue using the App, you may need to download and install available updates. DIKY MASTER does not guarantee continuous compatibility with every Android system version on user devices. You agree to install reasonable updates when they are made available.

We reserve the right to discontinue offering the App for reasonable business or technical reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice within the App before discontinuing availability. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time-to-time. You are advised to review this document periodically. Material revisions will be notified via notices displayed within the notification area of the App settings page. The updated terms take effect once published. Your continued use of Timel Player after revisions constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
