1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to Timel Player (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), published by DIKY MASTER.
Timel Player is a fully offline-first application. All data generated or accessed by the App remains locally on your device only. No personal user data is transmitted, uploaded or synced to any remote server. No third-party SDK, tracking library or analytics component is integrated within the App.

2. About this Policy
We respect your privacy and strive to protect your locally stored information. This policy explains what content the App accesses on your device, how such content is processed locally, and describes your data-related rights.
All data processing activities happen exclusively on your local device. No information leaves your device through the App. Any new features provided by the App shall be governed by this Privacy Policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Content Accessed Locally on Your Device
The App does not collect personal data over the network. It only accesses content already present on your device for realizing core product features.

Permission Note. The App requests device storage / media read permissions solely to deliver its core offline features. Permissions are used to load local files for in-app display and user operations. The App will not export, scan, analyse or transmit your local media and files for any other purposes.
Local delete reminder. When you delete entries or records inside the App, only the App-internal database records will be removed. Your original source files stored in device system storage will NOT be deleted by the App. In-App deletion operation cannot be recovered. If you manually delete original files outside the App system, placeholder content may be shown inside the App interface.
4. Purposes of Local Processing
All processing operations are performed locally on your device; no data is sent externally.

Where applicable under local laws, this local-only data processing is based on your consent when you choose to use the App, or contractual necessity to provide the App’s core offline features.
5. Sharing of Personal Data
The App will not share, sell, rent or disclose any of your personal data to any third-party individuals, companies or organizations.
Because the App runs in fully-offline mode, there exists no behaviour of data uploading, remote synchronisation or external data sharing. Your locally-stored information never leaves your device via this App.
6. Data Storage
All relevant content is stored on your own physical mobile device. We maintain zero copies of your user data on any cloud server or remote infrastructure.
User-generated in-app data. User-created records are preserved locally until you: (a) delete corresponding entries inside the App; or (b) uninstall the App from your device. Once you uninstall Timel Player, all in-app generated data will be erased. Please perform manual backup of important content by yourself in advance. We cannot retrieve data after App uninstallation.
Original local system files. Original photos, videos, documents and other files are fully managed by you through your device operating system. The App only reads file references and does not obtain ownership of these source files.
Built-in sample resources. Demo assets are static resources bundled inside the installation package, which exist on your device while the App remains installed.
7. User Rights Over Your Personal Data
Given the fully-offline nature of the App, all data-related operations can only be performed on your local device:
Access and Modify: You may view, edit and update all your self-created records directly inside the App interface.
Right to Erasure: You are able to delete in-app records within App UI. Deletion only removes App-internal entries and will not affect original files on your device storage. Uninstalling the App will clear all user-generated in-app data.
We have no capability to remotely access, modify or erase any data stored on your local hardware. If you have questions about your data rights, you may write to our contact email [email protected].
8. Links to Other Sites
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
9. Ensuring Security of Your Local Data
Your data is saved locally on your device; therefore the security of your information largely depends on the security configuration of your hardware and operating system.
We implement application-level technical safeguards inside App sandbox to reduce risk of unauthorised local access. Please note that no local storage system can guarantee absolute security.
We recommend you follow below good practices:
- Protect your device with screen-lock password or biometric authentication;
- Avoid installing and using this App on shared public devices if you store private content;
- Regularly back up your important files and self-created records manually.
We are not liable for data loss caused by device damage, operating system reset, manual file deletion outside the App, or application uninstallation.
10. Children
This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13.
This is a fully-offline application. We do not collect, store or receive any personal information (including personal data belonging to children) on remote servers. All content created inside the App remains only on the user’s local device.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child under 13 has created content within this App, you may delete the relevant records directly within the App interface or uninstall the App from the device. We cannot remotely view, access or delete content stored locally on your hardware device.
When using this App on shared devices, please supervise usage to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate material. If you believe a child under 13 may have used our App improperly, you can reach us via our contact email [email protected].
11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When revisions take effect, we will update the “Updated” date displayed at the top of this document.
Material changes to this policy will be notified via notices displayed within the notification area of the App settings page. Your continued use of the App after policy revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
